All bungalow reservations made via our website, telephone, or email are subject to room availability confirmation by Bagan Cottage Boutique Hotel. A valid contact number and guest details must be provided at the time of booking.
2. Check-in & Check-out Times
- Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Cancellations or modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid late cancellation fees. Specific seasonal promotional rates (such as Thingyan Water Festival packages) may carry tailored cancellation guidelines as stated on the promotional voucher.
4. Guest Conduct & Property Care
Guests are expected to treat hotel facilities, garden grounds, and teakwood furnishings with care. Smoking inside non-smoking duplex cottages is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for any intentional damages caused to hotel property.
